We are looking for a Project Manager to support brand initiatives for a company in the beauty and skincare space based in Venice, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can keep packaging and supply chain projects moving smoothly while coordinating across multiple teams on a remote schedule aligned to company hours. The right candidate brings strong organization, confidence working in Excel and Google Sheets, and hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Wrike or Asana.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead day-to-day project coordination for beauty, skincare, or personal care initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies stay on track.<br>• Partner with packaging, supply chain, and cross-functional stakeholders to organize workflows and maintain progress across active programs.<br>• Build, update, and manage project plans, status trackers, and reporting tools using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.<br>• Use Wrike, Asana, or similar project management platforms to monitor milestones, assign tasks, and communicate priorities clearly.<br>• Facilitate cross-functional alignment by driving follow-ups, resolving blockers, and keeping team members informed on project status.<br>• Support knowledge transfer and onboarding activities to ensure continuity of work during team transitions.<br>• Track key deadlines and operational details to help maintain efficient execution across product-related projects.

<p>• Proven project management experience within skincare, beauty, personal care or wellness.</p><p>• Background supporting packaging and supply chain workstreams within a product-based business.</p><p>• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and project organization.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with Wrike or Asana; familiarity with both is preferred.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.</p><p>• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment aligned to company hours.</p><p>• PMP certification, Agile Scrum knowledge, or formal project management training is a plus.</p>
