<p>Robert Half Technology is seeking an experienced <strong>Cloud Engineer</strong> <strong>(Microsoft 365)</strong> to lead and execute an end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration for a client based in Washington State. </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Contract </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Vancouver, Washington (100% Remote) </p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday (40 hours weekly) </p><p><br></p><p>This role will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing identity, messaging, device management, and security migrations while ensuring minimal business disruption. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Microsoft 365 services and has successfully supported M& A or multi-tenant consolidation initiatives.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.</li><li>Design and implement migration strategies across Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and related M365 services.</li><li>Migrate and reconfigure devices including enrollment, compliance policies, and Autopilot deployments.</li><li>Implement Microsoft 365 security baselines, including Defender for Office 365 configurations.</li><li>Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.</li></ul>

<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.</li><li>Deep expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Conditional Access.</li><li>Strong understanding of MFA, authentication methods, and identity governance.</li><li>Experience with device enrollment, compliance, and Autopilot.</li><li>Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and bulk operations.</li><li>Familiarity with Defender for Office 365 and Microsoft 365 security baselines.</li><li>Experience supporting M& A or multi-tenant consolidation projects.</li><li>Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul>
