  • <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Community Engagement Coordinator</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Tulsa, OK (Travel/Commute to Muskogee Required)</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $60,000–$70,000 (DOE)</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-Time | 2-Year Contract</p><p><strong>Industry:</strong> Construction</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>A growing construction company is seeking an outgoing, organized, and community-focused <strong>Community Engagement Coordinator</strong> to support relationship-building efforts, office operations, and community outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly personable professional who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating events, and serving as a positive representative of the company.</p><p>The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, experience coordinating events, and the ability to build relationships with employees, community members, vendors, and external partners. This position requires a proactive “people person” who is comfortable in a front-facing role, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys creating a welcoming and professional experience for all interactions. The position is based in Tulsa, with regular commuting to Muskogee required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for community members, visitors, vendors, and internal teams</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organizations</li><li>Coordinate community outreach activities, company events, meetings, and engagement initiatives</li><li>Assist with planning, organizing, and executing events from concept through completion</li><li>Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, materials, communications, and follow-up</li><li>Provide professional front-facing support and represent the company with a positive, welcoming attitude</li><li>Support office operations, including scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and administrative coordination</li><li>Maintain organized records, contact lists, event details, and community engagement tracking</li><li>Coordinate communication efforts between leadership, employees, community partners, and external contacts</li><li>Assist with company announcements, presentations, and community-facing materials</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and internal company events</li><li>Help identify opportunities to strengthen community presence and improve relationships</li><li>Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>
