We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Deal Processor to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing of finance applications and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Retrieve and analyze credit reports to determine customer eligibility for finance options.<br>• Accurately submit finance applications to lenders, ensuring all required information is included.<br>• Review lender callbacks, approval terms, and stipulations to match customers with appropriate financing solutions.<br>• Prepare, organize, and verify all required documentation to comply with state and federal regulations.<br>• Ensure finance paperwork is completed promptly and with precision.<br>• Stay informed about lender programs, interest rates, and approval requirements to provide accurate recommendations.<br>• Collaborate closely with sales and management teams to support customer satisfaction and seamless deal processing.<br>• Manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.<br>• Problem-solve effectively to address any challenges that arise during the financing process.

• Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably in a finance or automotive setting.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.<br>• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.<br>• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges effectively.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear collaboration across departments.<br>• Demonstrated professionalism and composure under stress.<br>• Knowledge of finance application processes and lender criteria is an advantage.<br>• Proficiency with office software and tools for documentation and data management.
