<p>Our client is seeking a skilled and solutions-oriented <strong>Cloud Engineer</strong> to support the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and services. This role will play a key part in modernizing technology environments, improving system reliability, enhancing security, and supporting business-critical applications in a scalable cloud ecosystem.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience working with public cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, security best practices, and enterprise-level cloud operations. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic cloud initiatives while ensuring high availability and performance across cloud environments.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.</li><li>Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments.</li><li>Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.</li><li>Automate cloud provisioning, deployment, and configuration management processes.</li><li>Monitor cloud resources, performance, and capacity to ensure optimal system health.</li><li>Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to support application deployments and cloud integrations.</li><li>Implement cloud security controls, governance policies, identity management, and compliance standards.</li><li>Configure and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure, networking, and application performance issues.</li><li>Support cloud migration projects, including workload assessments and transition planning.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.</li><li>Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend enhancements to existing environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure in an enterprise environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud networking, virtualization, storage, and compute services.</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages.</li><li>Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux server environments.</li><li>Understanding of cloud security principles, identity management, and access controls.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Cloud certifications such as:</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate</li><li>Azure Solutions Architect Expert</li><li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect</li><li>Google Professional Cloud Engineer</li><li>Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized workloads.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud monitoring and observability tools.</li><li>Experience supporting hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOC, HIPAA, PCI, or NIST.</li></ul><p><br></p>
