<p><br></p><p>Our enterprise client is seeking a <strong>Senior DevSecOps Platform Engineer</strong> to help drive cloud platform engineering, DevSecOps transformation, and AI-enabled software delivery across a complex digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building secure, scalable, and highly automated cloud-native platforms while enabling development teams to accelerate delivery and improve operational excellence.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, cloud security, and platform engineering, along with a passion for emerging AI-assisted engineering capabilities.</p><p>What You&#39;ll Do</p><ul><li>Lead DevSecOps and platform engineering initiatives supporting enterprise-scale digital products and applications.</li><li>Design, build, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve deployment reliability.</li><li>Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using modern automation tools.</li><li>Manage and optimize cloud-native environments across development, QA, staging, and production.</li><li>Implement security controls, compliance automation, vulnerability management, and software supply chain security best practices.</li><li>Enhance platform reliability, resiliency, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.</li><li>Build observability solutions including monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate with software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to improve developer experience and platform scalability.</li><li>Drive cloud modernization and automation initiatives across enterprise environments.</li><li>Evaluate and implement AI-powered engineering tools to improve developer productivity, troubleshooting, automation, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Mentor engineers and promote DevSecOps, SRE, and cloud engineering best practices across teams</li></ul>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>5-10 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar disciplines.</li><li>3+ years serving in a senior-level technical role such as:</li><li>Senior DevOps Engineer</li><li>DevSecOps Engineer</li><li>Platform Engineer</li><li>Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)</li><li>Cloud Platform Engineer</li><li>Advanced experience with AWS cloud technologies, including:</li><li>EKS/ECS</li><li>Lambda</li><li>IAM</li><li>VPC</li><li>CloudWatch</li><li>S3</li><li>RDS</li><li>SNS/SQS</li><li>EventBridge</li><li>Secrets Manager</li><li>ElastiCache</li><li>Redshift</li><li>Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:</li><li>Jenkins</li><li>GitHub Actions</li><li>GitLab CI/CD</li><li>ArgoCD</li><li>AWS CodePipeline</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>Kubernetes</li><li>Docker</li><li>Amazon EKS</li><li>Container platform operations</li><li>Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, or similar technologies.</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>IAM and RBAC</li><li>OAuth2/OIDC</li><li>JWT</li><li>Encryption</li><li>Network Security</li><li>Zero Trust security principles</li><li>Expertise with observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, or Splunk.</li><li>Programming and scripting experience with Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.</li><li>Experience supporting highly available, scalable distributed systems in cloud environments.</li></ul><p>AI &amp; Modern Engineering Experience</p><p>Candidates should have practical experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools and modern software development practices, including:</p><ul><li>GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, or similar developer productivity tools.</li><li>AI-enabled automation, troubleshooting, and software delivery workflows.</li><li>Understanding of:</li><li>Prompt Engineering</li><li>Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)</li><li>AI Agents</li><li>Vector Databases</li><li>LLMOps</li><li>AI Security and Governance</li><li>Responsible AI practices</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms and services.</li><li>Exposure to AI model deployment, governance, monitoring, and security.</li><li>Experience supporting AI/LLM operational environments.</li><li>AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Security, DevOps, AI/ML, or related professional certifications.</li></ul><p>What Makes This Opportunity Attractive</p><ul><li>Opportunity to influence enterprise-wide cloud and DevSecOps strategy.</li><li>Work on large-scale modernization and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Exposure to enterprise AI and emerging engineering technologies.</li><li>Highly collaborative environment with strong executive sponsorship.</li><li>Ability to shape platform engineering standards and mentor technical teams.</li></ul><p><br></p>
