You will be an architect, a strategist, and a process driver.</li><li><strong>Focus on Leadership, Not Coding:</strong> We need your management expertise. Your daily work will center on code reviews, resource management, technical debt reduction, and strategic planning—<em>not</em> hands-on feature development.</li><li><strong>Stability and Legacy:</strong> This is a key backfill position for a retiring leader, offering exceptional job security and the chance to build upon a solid foundation while driving a new phase of modernization and digital transformation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>A proven track record of 3+ years in a Lead or Manager role, successfully guiding engineering teams through development life cycles.</li><li>Expertise in people leadership, mentoring, hiring, and managing performance.</li><li>Deep experience with web application architecture and E-commerce platforms, particularly <strong>Magento 2</strong>.</li><li>Technical fluency in modern stacks such as <strong>PHP, Node.js, and Vue.js</strong> (or similar experience with <strong>C# or Go</strong>).</li><li>Experience leveraging cloud infrastructure, specifically <strong>AWS or Azure</strong>.</li><li>Strong background in database technologies like <strong>SQL</strong>.</li><li>A mastery of Agile and DevOps principles, focused on continuous delivery and integration.</li></ul><p><br></p>
