This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-moving environment and knows that recruiting in construction requires more than posting a job and waiting for applications.</p><p>You'll partner closely with Project Managers, Operations leadership, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop candidate pipelines for both skilled and administrative positions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll recruit for</strong></p><ul><li>Skilled trades and field personnel</li><li>Project and construction administration</li><li>Project Coordinators</li><li>Safety and compliance positions</li><li>Operations support</li><li>Accounting and administrative positions</li><li>Other corporate and field openings as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop active candidate pipelines for recurring construction positions</li><li>Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking</li><li>Write and refresh compelling job advertisements</li><li>Conduct initial phone and video interviews</li><li>Evaluate candidates based on experience, qualifications, and project needs</li><li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers</li><li>Maintain consistent communication with candidates</li><li>Track recruiting activity and pipeline status</li><li>Partner with Operations to forecast upcoming hiring needs</li><li>Attend career fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities</li><li>Build relationships with trade schools and industry organizations</li><li>Coordinate offers and pre-employment requirements</li><li>Monitor time-to-fill and recruiting activity</li><li>Help strengthen the company's employer brand and candidate experience</li></ul>
