<p>Overview</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Lead IT/OT Engineer</strong> to serve as the senior technical resource responsible for the design, administration, security, and support of enterprise technology systems. This position provides technical leadership, drives infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, manages projects, and serves as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues.</p><p>The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and technical project leadership within a complex technology environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and operational technology environments.</li><li>Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced infrastructure, network, systems, and cybersecurity issues.</li><li>Manage and support server, network, cloud, and endpoint technologies.</li><li>Plan and execute technology projects from inception through completion.</li><li>Identify, prioritize, and remediate infrastructure risks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver technology services and projects.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, standards, and support materials.</li><li>Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity initiatives.</li><li>Monitor and maintain cybersecurity tools, controls, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to IT team members and end users.</li><li>Track and resolve issues through a ticketing and service management platform.</li><li>Participate in after-hours support and emergency response activities when necessary.</li></ul><p>Technical Environment</p><p><br></p><p>Candidates should have experience supporting and administering technologies such as:</p><ul><li>VMware vSphere or similar virtualization platforms</li><li>Microsoft Windows Server environments</li><li>Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services</li><li>Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online</li><li>Enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN networks</li><li>Firewalls and network security solutions</li><li>Endpoint protection and device management platforms</li><li>SIEM, XDR, IDS/IPS, MFA, and other cybersecurity technologies</li><li>Backup and disaster recovery solutions</li><li>Cloud and SaaS applications</li></ul><p>Preferred Technical Experience</p><p><br></p><p>Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:</p><ul><li>Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, or similar networking platforms</li><li>SonicWall or enterprise firewall technologies</li><li>PowerShell scripting and automation</li><li>Veeam backup solutions</li><li>SentinelOne, SecureWorks, KnowBe4, or similar security platforms</li><li>Voice and collaboration technologies</li><li>Industrial, manufacturing, utility, or operational technology environments</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Associate&#39;s or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems administration, network administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Experience leading infrastructure, security, or enterprise technology initiatives.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across systems, networking, and cybersecurity domains.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul><li>CompTIA A+</li><li>CompTIA Network+</li><li>CompTIA Security+</li><li>Microsoft Certifications</li><li>VMware Certifications</li><li>Cisco Certifications</li><li>Other relevant infrastructure or cybersecurity certifications</li></ul><p>What We&#39;re Looking For</p><ul><li>Hands-on infrastructure and systems expertise</li><li>Strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge</li><li>Technical leadership and project ownership</li><li>Vendor and stakeholder management experience</li><li>Self-motivated problem solver capable of working independently</li><li>Commitment to operational excellence, reliability, and security</li></ul><p><br></p>
