Administrative Coordinator
<p>A corporate travel agency is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join their team and help manage a busy office. The ideal candidate must have outstanding customer service skills, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication abilities, the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office. </p><p>Responsibilities: Assist clients with corporate travel arrangements Manage office operations and administrative tasks Provide exceptional service to customers and team members Coordinate schedules, reservations, and travel-related documentation. • Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar business support role.<br>• Demonstrated ability to arrange travel, manage schedules, and handle detailed coordination tasks accurately.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person.<br>• Experience answering inbound calls and responding to requests in an accurate and timely manner.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High attention to detail and a consistent approach to completing work accurately.<br>• Proficiency with calendar management and general office administrative tasks.<br>• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive as required for the position.
