<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Professional experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT role.</li><li>Strong expertise with server and network technologies.</li><li>Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, etc.).</li><li>Experience with cybersecurity, monitoring tools, and asset management.</li></ul>
