Data Entry Coordinator

This contract position will involve handling a variety of administrative and data-driven tasks essential to the smooth operation of our processes. If you have a strong ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accuracy, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of precision.</p><p>• Assist with bulk onboarding processes and send contracting links to relevant parties.</p><p>• Upload essential documents to internal systems and maintain organized records.</p><p>• Export reports, statements, and contracts from various online portals.</p><p>• Prepare and format Excel sheets using advanced tools, with training provided on specific software.</p><p>• Create and update profiles and contracts as needed.</p><p>• Verify data integrity and conduct thorough cleaning of information.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to address data-related inquiries.</p><p>• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative tasks or data entry roles.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with strong familiarity in other Microsoft programs.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.<br>• Self-motivated individual with excellent communication abilities.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.<br>• Preferred experience with CRM systems and data verification processes.<br>• Typing speed and accuracy sufficient for high-volume data entry tasks.
