We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Spring Valley, California. This role is integral to driving strategic financial decisions through comprehensive analysis and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and excel in collaborating across departments to enhance financial efficiency. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting across various brands, product lines, and sales channels to guide strategic decisions. • Manage the reconciliation, tracking, and reporting of vendor reimbursements and Amazon-related bill backs to ensure financial transparency. • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate gross profit margins, pricing dynamics, and cost structures while identifying drivers of profitability. • Collaborate with Accounting and FP& A teams during month-end close processes to ensure accurate journal entries and reconciliations. • Analyze organizational performance and create insightful financial reports that highlight trends, variances, and actionable recommendations. • Work closely with Brand, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to address margin discrepancies and implement efficient process improvements. • Provide leadership with data-driven insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. • Ensure consistent monitoring of financial metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. • Expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis. • Proficiency in performing ad hoc financial analyses to support complex decision-making. • Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and tools. • Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. • Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights and reports. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software tools. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
