<p>3–5 years in development operations, fundraising support, or CRM management</p><p>Strong experience with <strong>DonorPerfect</strong></p><p>You’re analytical, organized, detail-obsessed, and love improving systems</p><p>Comfortable partnering closely with Finance + Development teams</p><p>Advanced Excel skills a big plus</p>
