We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a growing organization in Southborough, Massachusetts. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while driving process improvements and supporting a high-performing payroll function. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple pay groups</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations</li><li>Oversee payroll audits, reporting, reconciliations, and year-end processes</li><li>Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in payroll systems</li><li>Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and leadership on payroll-related matters</li><li>Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>Identify and implement payroll process improvements and internal controls</li><li>Supervise and mentor payroll staff as needed</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership or management responsibilities</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements</li><li>Experience with payroll systems such as Workday or ADP</li><li>Proficiency in payroll reporting, reconciliations, and internal accounting controls</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred</li><li>CPP certification is a plus</li></ul>
