- <p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>Join our Infrastructure Network team as a Network Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring secure, reliable, and stable network communications across the business. The ideal candidate will be technically hands-on, thrive in a collaborative environment, and possess a strong foundation in networking practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support reliable day-to-day operations and high availability of WANs across multiple data centers and remote offices</li><li>Assist with installation, configuration, and lifecycle support for network hardware (switches, firewalls, wireless, servers)</li><li>Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues</li><li>Conduct and support wireless site surveys and infrastructure maintenance</li><li>Monitor system capacity and recommend improvements for future growth</li><li>Use network management tools to implement, monitor, and optimize network connectivity</li><li>Enforce network security policies and maintain access controls</li><li>Maintain accurate network documentation as infrastructure changes</li><li>Support design, audit, and compliance efforts for network infrastructure</li><li>Manage and resolve incidents and requests through a ticketing system</li><li>Coordinate with vendors on cabling and equipment installation</li><li>Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support</li></ul>
