Controller – Management Company (Private Equity/Venture Capital) A leading fund administration firm is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting for the management companies of multiple private equity and venture capital clients across North America. This is a client-facing role offering exposure to top-tier investment firms and the opportunity to lead accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.</li><li>4+ years of public or private accounting experience; consolidation experience a plus.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks; familiarity with Bill.com, expense reporting, and payroll systems preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, client service, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and make quick, informed decisions.</li><li>Previous experience in alternative investments (VC/PE) preferred.</li></ul>
