<p>Established Sacramento firm is seeking a dedicated transactional associate attorney to join their esteemed real estate and transactions team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex commercial real estate and business transactions across Northern California. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, exceptional writing abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to commercial real estate and business transactions.</p><p>• Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in transactions.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic legal advice to clients.</p><p>• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored solutions.</p><p>• Perform legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.</p><p>• Assist in commercial leasing matters, including negotiating lease agreements.</p><p>• Exhibit sound judgment and initiative in handling complex legal matters.</p><p>• Contribute to team discussions and provide input to enhance overall service delivery.</p><p>• Participate in development and mentoring programs offered by the firm.</p>

<p>• Active license to practice law in the state of California.</p><p>• At least one solid year of experience in real estate or business transactions.</p><p>• Strong academic background with demonstrated analytical and writing skills.</p><p>• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.</p><p>• Experience with commercial leasing and drafting legal agreements.</p><p>• Familiarity with conducting due diligence processes for transactions.</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.</p>
