We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Sacaton, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position that requires expertise in managing and optimizing IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and demonstrate proficiency in key technologies that support business operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.<br>• Administer and configure Microsoft Windows Server to support organizational needs.<br>• Oversee Azure Active Directory operations, including identity management and access controls.<br>• Implement and support Citrix technologies to enhance system functionality and user experience.<br>• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange systems to ensure reliable communication.<br>• Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy system upgrades and new solutions.<br>• Monitor system performance and address any issues to minimize downtime.<br>• Develop and enforce security protocols to protect systems and data.<br>• Provide technical support and guidance to users to resolve IT-related challenges.<br>• Document system configurations and processes for future reference and compliance.

• Proven experience managing Active Directory environments.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration.<br>• Hands-on expertise in Azure Active Directory, including security and identity management.<br>• Familiarity with Citrix technologies and their implementation.<br>• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange.<br>• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.<br>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.<br>• Strong documentation skills for system processes and configurations.
