We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. This is a PART TIME long-term contract position, which is two to three times a month on Fridays. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in all bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenses and income.• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial data.• Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or financial inquiries.• Assist with audits or reviews of financial documents when required.• Manage and maintain organized documentation of all financial activities.

• Proven experience in bookkeeping with a strong understanding of financial principles.• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.• Ability to conduct bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Familiarity with accounting standards and compliance requirements.• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.• Availability to work on-site in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
