We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support manufacturing technology and plant-facing systems in Robstown, Texas. This onsite role connects production teams with technical solutions that improve reliability, visibility, and operational performance across the facility. The position is well suited for someone who has worked in industrial environments and can guide system enhancements, partner with plant leadership, and help advance digital capabilities on the shop floor.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the performance and day-to-day support of manufacturing applications, production systems, and plant technology used across operations.<br>• Drive system rollouts, version updates, interface development, and improvement efforts that strengthen efficiency and process consistency.<br>• Work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and resolve technology-related production issues.<br>• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data connections that improve operational insight and support informed decision-making.<br>• Help establish sound data practices by supporting data accuracy, governance standards, and master data management activities.<br>• Support industrial infrastructure such as servers, plant networks, HMIs, historians, security appliances, and edge-connected devices to maintain dependable operations.<br>• Coordinate with cybersecurity and enterprise technology teams to protect integrated IT and OT environments and support secure connectivity with cloud and business platforms.<br>• Lead technology initiatives from planning through deployment, including scheduling, risk tracking, vendor coordination, communication, and post-launch support.<br>• Develop user documentation and training resources while guiding plant personnel on system usage, adoption, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.<br>• At least 10 years of experience supporting technology solutions within manufacturing, industrial, or production-focused environments.<br>• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing systems, operational technology, industrial networking, and production support processes.<br>• Experience with IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and integrating plant systems with enterprise applications.<br>• Proven ability to manage technical projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.<br>• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.<br>• Authorization to work in the United States; must be eligible to work in the U.S.<br>• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, Citrix, and Exchange is preferred.
