<p>We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Partner to join a growing law firm in Richmond, Virginia. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in transactional law and a strong commitment to continuous growth and mentorship.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and manage complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and commercial real estate deals.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.</p><p>• Develop and grow your practice while contributing to the firm's strategic goals.</p><p>• Foster a positive office culture by mentoring entry-level attorneys and supporting ongoing development initiatives.</p><p>• Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and strengthen relationships.</p><p>• Provide expert counsel in corporate and business law matters, including capital markets and securities.</p><p>• Work closely with firm leadership to shape the growth and direction of the Richmond office.</p><p>• Ensure high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.</p><p>• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, non-siloed work environment.</p><p>• Stay updated on legal and industry trends to provide clients with informed and innovative solutions.</p>

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in transactional law or related practice areas.<br>• Licensed to practice law in Virginia or eligible for admission.<br>• Proven track record of managing complex legal transactions and providing strategic counsel.<br>• Portable book of business preferred, with a range of $250K–$500K+ viewed as a strong asset.<br>• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your practice within a supportive platform.<br>• Excellent collaboration skills and a commitment to contributing to firm culture.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting client relationships.<br>• Interest in mentoring and guiding entry-level attorneys in their career development.
