<p>We are looking for an experienced ERP Developer to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This role involves designing and implementing solutions to optimize enterprise systems while meeting business needs. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Oracle technologies and a passion for delivering impactful results.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and maintain ERP and CRM systems to support organizational processes and goals.</p><p>• Implement client-side scripting to enhance system functionality and user experience.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.</p><p>• Configure and manage Oracle EBS R12 modules, including Financials, to meet operational needs.</p><p>• Create and modify Oracle reports to provide meaningful insights and data-driven decision-making support.</p><p>• Utilize ESB Oracle SOA to integrate systems and streamline workflows.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability.</p><p>• Document system configurations and processes for effective knowledge sharing and future reference.</p><p>• Test and deploy system updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.</p><p>• Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP/CRM functionalities.</p>

• Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, and their configuration.<br>• Experience with ESB Oracle SOA for system integration.<br>• Strong knowledge of Oracle Reports and their customization.<br>• Ability to develop and implement client-side scripting solutions.<br>• Familiarity with gathering and documenting business requirements.<br>• Expertise in configuration management and system testing.<br>• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical system issues.<br>• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and supporting end-users.
