The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Process invoices accurately and timely across multiple entities and currencies.</li><li>Review and code invoices and disbursements to the appropriate general ledger accounts, cost centers, projects, and business units.</li><li>Analyze expenditures to ensure proper accounting treatment, including expense versus capitalization determinations.</li><li>Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding issues.</li><li>Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Maintain vendor master records and supporting documentation.</li><li>Assist with month-end closing activities and special projects as needed.</li><li>Maintain vendor tax documentation and support annual 1099 reporting requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p>
