We are looking for a motivated and reliable Project Assistant to join our team for a one-day contract position in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will involve supporting event operations and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and interacting with people, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and check in guests upon arrival at the event.<br>• Provide clear directions and guide attendees to designated areas during the event.<br>• Act as a friendly point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.<br>• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and detail-oriented atmosphere.<br>• Assist with various tasks as assigned to ensure the event runs smoothly.

• Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy engaging with people.<br>• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.<br>• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with others.<br>• Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to completing assigned tasks.<br>• Previous experience in an assistant or event-related role is a plus.
