<p>We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join a growing technology team in the Phoenix area. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, and performance across the organization&#39;s IT environment.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, wireless networking, and network security, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and support ongoing technology initiatives.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.</li><li>Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.</li><li>Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.</li><li>Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, latency concerns, and security incidents.</li><li>Collaborate with systems, cloud, security, and application teams to support business-critical initiatives.</li><li>Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewall policies, network segmentation, and VPN access.</li><li>Participate in infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and technology refresh projects.</li><li>Develop and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures.</li><li>Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability network solutions.</li><li>Perform capacity planning and recommend infrastructure enhancements to support organizational growth.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and industry best practices.</li><li>Participate in on-call support rotations and assist with after-hours maintenance activities when necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.</li><li>3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching technologies.</li><li>Experience configuring and supporting Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar networking platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience with firewall administration and network security best practices.</li><li>Experience supporting wired and wireless network infrastructure.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with network monitoring and management tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with cloud networking technologies in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.</li><li>Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and network automation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.</li><li>Experience supporting multi-site or distributed enterprise environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
