  • <p>We&#39;re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Data Center Technician to support day-to-day operations at a growing Phoenix-area data center. You&#39;ll be the hands-on technical link between our facility, our infrastructure, and the customers and teams who depend on it — keeping servers, networking equipment, and critical systems running safely and reliably in a 24x7 environment.</p><p>This is a great fit for someone who wants steady, high-demand work in one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the country.</p><p>What You&#39;ll Do</p><ul><li>Perform hardware installation, moves, adds, and changes (MACs) — including racking/stacking equipment, device labeling, power connectivity, and structured cabling</li><li>Provide &quot;smart hands&quot; support for remote engineers and customers within defined SLA response times</li><li>Monitor system and environmental performance (power, cooling, capacity utilization) and escalate anomalies</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues; escalate complex issues as needed</li><li>Complete work orders, asset tracking, and ticket documentation accurately and on time</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and secure data center floor — including cabinet/rack exteriors, workbenches, and raised-floor areas</li><li>Escort vendors and clients on-site per security protocol</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and immediately report any violations or hazards</li><li>Support audits, inventory checks, and daily work log maintenance</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation as needed for off-hours incident response</li></ul><p><br></p>
