- We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support and optimize core enterprise infrastructure in Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can maintain secure, reliable server and identity environments while contributing to day-to-day operational stability. The role focuses on Microsoft-based systems, directory services, virtualization access platforms, and messaging technologies in a fast-paced technical setting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments to ensure secure access, identity management, and policy enforcement.<br>• Support Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure by monitoring system health, applying updates, and resolving performance or availability issues.<br>• Manage Citrix technologies to deliver stable remote access and application availability for end users.<br>• Oversee Microsoft Exchange administration, including mailbox support, system maintenance, and issue resolution.<br>• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents across server, authentication, and messaging platforms to minimize downtime and restore services efficiently.<br>• Implement configuration changes, system improvements, and routine maintenance activities in alignment with operational requirements.<br>• Document technical procedures, environment details, and support activities to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.<br>• Collaborate with internal technical teams to strengthen infrastructure reliability, security, and overall platform performance.
