<p>We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Opa Locka, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to oversee property operations and ensure smooth maintenance scheduling and coordination. The role requires a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who can handle on-call weekend emergencies and alternate duties with the maintenance staff.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure property upkeep.</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, repairs, and facility improvements.</p><p>• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and operational standards across the property.</p><p>• Maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or facility-related issues promptly.</p><p>• Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities and team performance.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner.</p><p>• Assist in managing leasing activities and ensure property management tasks are completed efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Please send your resume to Jacqueline.Mejia@RobertHalf and call Jacqueline @ 786-698-7072</p>

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.<br>• Familiarity with leasing and residential or commercial property management.<br>• Strong knowledge of maintenance scheduling and facility coordination.<br>• Proficiency in using Yardi software or similar property management tools.<br>• Ability to lead a team and manage staff effectively.<br>• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Availability to handle on-call duties during weekends for emergencies.
