<p>We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable business applications that support internal operations and customer‑facing systems. This role requires strong hands‑on development experience, sound architectural judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain web and/or enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle</li><li>Build clean, scalable, and well‑documented code that aligns with business and technical requirements</li><li>Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third‑party services</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability</li><li>Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, security, and adherence to best practices</li><li>Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards, especially for mid‑to‑large scale applications</li><li>Support application deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>4–7+ years of professional application development experience</li><li>Strong experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)</li><li>Experience building web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., .NET, Spring, React, Angular, Node.js)</li><li>Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling</li><li>Experience working with APIs, integrations, and backend services</li><li>Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows</li><li>Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to code quality</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP</li><li>Knowledge of microservices, event‑driven architectures, or distributed systems</li><li>Exposure to DevOps practices, containerization, or infrastructure‑as‑code</li><li>Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical initiatives</li><li>Background in enterprise systems, internal business applications, or SaaS platforms</li></ul><p><br></p>
