We are looking for a Software Developer to join a contract assignment based in Newtown, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting web applications using modern Java technologies on the backend and Angular on the frontend. The ideal candidate will contribute to ongoing development work, resolve application issues, and help maintain reliable, scalable software solutions in a collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.<br>• Build and enhance user-facing features with Angular to deliver responsive and intuitive web experiences.<br>• Maintain existing software components by troubleshooting defects, optimizing performance, and implementing code improvements.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to translate technical and business needs into effective application solutions.<br>• Create and update APIs and backend services that support application functionality and system integration.<br>• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging efforts to improve code quality and application stability.<br>• Document development work, technical decisions, and support processes to promote maintainability and team alignment.

• Strong detail-oriented experience developing applications with Java.<br>• Hands-on experience building services and applications with Spring Boot.<br>• Proficiency in Angular for front-end development.<br>• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, and code review.<br>• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing applications in a production environment.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting on a contract assignment.
