The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting processes, coupled with excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:• Perform comprehensive reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing and reviewing financial reports.• Manage payroll processes for a workforce of approximately 50 employees.• Prepare and record financial deposits efficiently and accurately.• Support general accounting tasks, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies.

• Proven experience with month-end close procedures and financial reporting. • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation. • Expertise in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies. • Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and financial accuracy. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with attention to detail and organization.
