<p>Our client is modernizing a solution used for nearly a decade and is transitioning to Salesforce Field Service Lightning. This Project Manager will serve as the client‑side PM, partnering closely with a third‑party vendor to ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.</p><p><br></p><p>This role supports project delivery by applying established project methodologies and tollgates, ensuring adherence to guidelines and completion of required processes. Responsibilities include project and portfolio tracking, process reporting, and clear communication across stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote, with onsite travel approximately five times for key project milestones.</p><p><br></p>

<p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to create and manage detailed project schedules that reflect cross‑functional involvement and drive successful delivery of project goals</li><li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to ensure guidelines are followed and all processes are completed</li><li>Proven experience supporting IT application development and service-related projects</li><li>Responsible for accurate project, portfolio, and process tracking and reporting</li><li>Ability to calculate, budget, and manage project expenses and capital requirements while maintaining budget expectations</li><li>Experience identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies</li><li>Demonstrated ability to ensure project activities are completed on time and in compliance with established standards</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage project sponsors, senior leadership, cross‑functional teams, and development teams</li><li>Experience participating in both design and sustaining projects</li><li>Demonstrated ability to support teams in achieving key performance goals, including project completion, issue resolution turnaround, and reduction of design defects or escapes</li><li>Experience collaborating with internal verticals and functional teams to optimize product development, reduce costs, and improve design integrity</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform additional duties or projects as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>
