• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or B2B environment. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach. • Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks. • Experience in scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work onsite in Mount Prospect, Illinois.
