<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone passionate about ensuring data accuracy and streamlining processes within the retail industry. The role involves maintaining master data, analyzing information, and contributing to operational efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional teams.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Update and maintain Customer Master, Material Master, and Pricing records to ensure data accuracy.</p><p>• Verify data integrity and apply corrections to maintain high-quality standards.</p><p>• Perform data cleansing, validation, and troubleshooting to address discrepancies.</p><p>• Support new product setup by applying appropriate coding conventions and ensuring proper registration.</p><p>• Communicate updates related to pricing, promotions, and programs to relevant internal stakeholders.</p><p>• Create and distribute operational reports, including dealer listings and mailing lists, to support business needs.</p><p>• Resolve data-related issues promptly and implement corrective measures.</p><p>• Manage tables and functions such as sales rep codes, pricing groups, product hierarchies, and B2B portal access.</p><p>• Ensure the accuracy of the “Where To Buy” locator website through proper authorization processes.</p><p>• Develop documentation and provide training on master data processes for team members.</p>

• Proficiency in Master Data Management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<br>• Previous experience in pricing, product setup, or data governance is preferred.<br>• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.<br>• Familiarity with fraud analytics, anti-fraud measures, or fraud investigation techniques is a plus.<br>• Commitment to adhering to internal controls and data compliance standards.
