The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Microsoft and Apple device support, directory services, and enterprise infrastructure tools while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deliver onsite support for Windows and Mac devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing administrative assistance.</p><p>• Manage device enrollment and policy application through Intune to maintain secure and consistent endpoint configurations.</p><p>• Administer Active Directory and Windows Server environments, supporting user accounts, access controls, and system stability.</p><p>• Assist with domain alignment activities, including UPN updates and device or user enrollment into the appropriate environment when required.</p><p>• Support Microsoft Windows 10 endpoints by resolving operating system, configuration, and performance issues.</p><p>• Maintain and troubleshoot Dell hardware used across the organization, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.</p><p>• Provide support for Citrix-based access and desktop solutions to help users remain productive.</p><p>• Collaborate with local staff and technical teams to resolve infrastructure and endpoint issues for an environment serving approximately 225 users.</p>
