<p>Job Requirements:</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in project or program management</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li><li>Experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)</li><li>Ability to work on-site in Monroe, LA</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification</li><li>Experience leading IT, operations, or business transformation initiatives</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
