<p>We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee and guide the financial operations of a dynamic, multi-entity organization. This position requires a skilled leader with a deep understanding of accounting practices, intercompany transactions, and financial consolidation. Please reach out to Molly Gardner at 816-601-1196 for more info. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct and manage all accounting functions, including month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and cash flow management.</p><p>• Consolidate financial data across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.</p><p>• Oversee the administration and accuracy of intercompany transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain timeliness.</p><p>• Establish, document, and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures to support accounting operations within a multi-entity structure.</p><p>• Lead external audit processes by coordinating with auditors and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and accessible.</p><p>• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and development.</p><p>• Provide detailed financial reports to executive leadership, identifying trends and variances to inform strategic decision-making.</p><p>• Identify and implement improvements in accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</p>

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly preferred.<br>• At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or Controller role.<br>• Proven expertise in managing multi-entity accounting structures and intercompany transactions.<br>• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.<br>• Advanced proficiency with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.<br>• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
