<p>We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement seamless integrations between tenant data and internal systems, ensuring functionality and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in marketplace integrations while contributing to impactful projects. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assess and analyze tenant data structures and system connectivity requirements.</p><p>• Develop integration solutions that align with marketplace standards and organizational needs.</p><p>• Define technical architecture and strategies for seamless data integration.</p><p>• Create and implement APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange.</p><p>• Provide accurate project estimates, timelines, and planning recommendations.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet business objectives.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes.</p><p>• Conduct testing to validate the performance and reliability of integration solutions.</p><p>• Maintain and enhance existing integrations to adapt to evolving requirements.</p><p>• Document technical processes and integration solutions for future reference.</p>

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketplace integration development.<br>• Strong proficiency in Workday ERP and Workday Integration tools.<br>• Expertise in API development and configuration management.<br>• Ability to analyze complex data structures and connectivity issues.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Proven ability to independently assess project scope and recommend solutions.<br>• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.<br>• Experience in creating technical documentation for integration processes.
