<p>We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to own and support our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small enterprise environment where they are the primary network expert, taking ownership of the network from strategy through day-to-day operations. Looking for someone who is comfortable being the sole dedicated Network Engineer within a small enterprise. Self-starter who enjoys ownership and working independently. Passionate about networking with strong troubleshooting skills. Flexible schedule with willingness to participate in on-call support. Ability to travel. Onsite in Minneaoplis,MN</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure across 35 global locations.</p><p>Manage and optimize Palo Alto firewalls, routing, switching, and internet circuits.</p><p>Support Aruba switching and wireless technologies.</p><p>Troubleshoot complex network issues and maintain high availability across distributed sites.</p><p>Support telephony systems within the networking environment.</p><p>Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.</p><p>Maintain network documentation, monitoring, and performance using tools such as LogicMonitor or similar.</p>

<p>8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.</p><p>Strong experience with:</p><ul><li>Core routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)</li><li>Palo Alto firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama)</li><li>Aruba switching and wireless</li><li>VPN technologies and multi-site networking</li><li>Network monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)</li></ul><p>Experience supporting distributed enterprise environments and global connectivity.</p><p>Familiarity with telephony technologies (Microsoft Teams, ShoreTel, 8x8) is preferred.</p>
