<p>We are partnering with a technology-focused organization seeking a Django Full Stack Developer to support modernization and enhancement efforts for a large-scale web application environment. This role will focus on upgrading and modernizing existing Django applications while contributing to backend services, frontend UI development, and integrations across enterprise systems.</p><p>This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, modernizing legacy applications, improving engineering practices, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The environment values continuous improvement, experimentation, mentorship, and delivery excellence.</p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and modernize Django-based web applications</li><li>Upgrade legacy Django applications to current LTS versions</li><li>Build and support backend services and REST API integrations</li><li>Develop and enhance frontend user interfaces using modern web technologies</li><li>Collaborate on application architecture, scalability, and modernization strategies</li><li>Support integrations with internal enterprise systems and data platforms</li><li>Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities</li><li>Mentor and guide team members on development standards and best practices</li><li>Contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Required Technical Experience</p><p>Django &amp; Web Development</p><ul><li>Strong experience developing applications using Django</li><li>Experience upgrading and modernizing legacy Django applications to current LTS versions</li><li>Experience integrating REST APIs into web applications</li><li>Experience building and supporting frontend user interfaces using TypeScript</li></ul><p>Development Tools &amp; Engineering Practices</p><ul><li>Experience with:</li><li>Git</li><li>GitHub Enterprise or similar source control platforms</li><li>Familiarity with collaborative development workflows and modern software engineering practices</li><li>Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise web applications</li></ul><p>Database Experience</p><ul><li>Experience with relational databases such as:</li><li>Oracle</li><li>MySQL</li><li>PostgreSQL</li><li>Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB preferred</li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical teams</li><li>Passion for modernization initiatives and continuous improvement</li><li>Strong communication skills and willingness to mentor others</li><li>Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
