Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Customer Service Representative who can deliver exceptional service while building strong relationships with customers.</p><p>This position is perfect for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every interaction makes a difference.</p><p><br></p><p>What You'll Be Doing</p><p>✔ Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, orders, and account information</p><p>✔ Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels</p><p>✔ Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner</p><p>✔ Enter and update customer information accurately within company systems</p><p>✔ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are completed</p><p>✔ Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolution</p><p>✔ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity</p>
<ul><li>2+ years of customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience preferred.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li><li>Strong data entry and computer skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.</li></ul>
