<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Network Administrator</strong> to support and maintain our organization’s network infrastructure in <strong>Miami, Florida</strong>. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong experience working with <strong>Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls</strong> in a fast-paced environment. The Network Administrator will be responsible for ensuring network performance, security, and reliability while providing timely support for troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing infrastructure needs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot <strong>Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls</strong></li><li>Monitor network performance and availability to ensure stable and secure operations</li><li>Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking environments</li><li>Configure and maintain firewall rules, access policies, and network security settings</li><li>Diagnose and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks</li><li>Perform firmware updates, patches, backups, and hardware replacements as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and inventory records</li><li>Partner with internal IT teams on infrastructure improvements, implementations, and disaster recovery planning</li><li>Recommend enhancements to improve network efficiency, scalability, and security</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>3+ years of experience in network administration or a similar infrastructure support role</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Cisco networking equipment</strong></li><li>Proven experience supporting <strong>routers, switches, and firewalls</strong></li><li>Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP</li><li>Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p>
