<p>Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Hyperion Engineer to optimize and support enterprise-wide financial applications. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Hyperion financial planning and reporting solutions, ensuring business users have a seamless experience in forecasting, budgeting, and analytics processes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion applications (Planning, Essbase, HFM, and related modules).</li><li>Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver robust financial reporting and planning solutions.</li><li>Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Hyperion environments for performance and reliability.</li><li>Manage integrations between Hyperion and other enterprise systems.</li><li>Create and support data load processes, calculation scripts, business rules, and user security settings.</li><li>Provide technical support, resolve user issues, and administer system enhancements.</li><li>Prepare documentation and train end-users on Hyperion functionality.</li><li>Monitor application health, perform upgrades, and implement patches as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT and data security policies.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Hyperion Engineer/Developer/Administrator.</li><li>Strong understanding of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and integration tools.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and data modeling concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with data integration techniques (ETL tools, APIs).</li><li>Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with cloud-based Hyperion solutions (Oracle EPM Cloud).</li><li>Knowledge of finance processes and enterprise reporting.</li><li>Relevant certifications in Hyperion or Oracle EPM.</li></ul><p><br></p>
