In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes while managing a skilled team. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise and guide the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure smooth financial operations.</p><p>• Conduct detailed bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.</p><p>• Maintain accurate inventory accounting records and oversee related processes.</p><p>• Utilize Epicor and other systems to streamline accounting workflows and improve reporting.</p><p>• Prepare and analyze Excel reports using advanced formulas and functions.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with document control standards, including scanning and compiling financial records.</p><p>• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.</p><p>• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, offering insights for improvement.</p><p>• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving inquiries.</p><p>• Stay updated with industry trends to optimize accounting practices.</p><p><br></p><p>Wholesales Distribution experience or Inventory Accounting is a requirement. </p><p>If you are interested in hearing more about this role. please call me 786-393-4588 or Janet.Silva@roberthalfcom</p>

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Controller or similar role.<br>• Proficiency in inventory accounting and financial reporting.<br>• Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and data analysis.<br>• Familiarity with Epicor or similar accounting software.<br>• Strong knowledge of document control processes, including scanning and compiling.<br>• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
