We are looking for a Database Analyst to join our team in Mesquite, Texas. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in a data unification initiative for a manufacturing client. The position involves cleansing, standardizing, and consolidating data across various systems to support accurate reporting and prepare for advanced analytics solutions. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive analysis of fragmented datasets to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies across multiple systems. • Implement data cleansing and standardization processes for vendor IDs, product IDs, customer IDs, and other critical data points. • Develop robust frameworks, including naming conventions and tagging mechanisms, to ensure seamless integration of legacy data into unified structures. • Utilize tools such as SeeDataSync to manage data extraction, transformation, and migration while maintaining integrity. • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align data unification efforts with organizational goals. • Prepare datasets to serve as the foundation for implementing advanced reporting infrastructures like Data Cubes. • Address gaps and redundancies in reporting structures to enable actionable insights. • Document processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. • Partner with IT and business systems teams to understand requirements and optimize data workflows. • Ensure consistency and usability of consolidated data for future analytics initiatives.

• Proven experience in query writing and data analysis across multiple database systems. • Expertise in data cleansing methodologies and tools, with a strong focus on standardization. • Familiarity with systems such as Infor Syteline, NetSuite, Dynamics GP, and other enterprise applications. • Proficiency in tools like SeeDataSync, Microsoft Fabric, and Alteryx. • Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into organized, actionable insights. • Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with data migration or consolidation in environments undergoing growth through acquisition. • Ability to create tagging mechanisms and categorization frameworks to enhance operational efficiencies.
