<p><strong>Loan Processor (Contract) – Meriden, CT</strong></p><p>Are you detail-oriented, organized, and excited to help clients achieve their financial goals? Our client is seeking a dedicated Loan Processor to join a dynamic financial institution in Meriden, CT on a contract basis.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review and verify loan application documents for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met throughout the loan process</li><li>Communicate with loan officers, clients, and other stakeholders to obtain missing information and clarify requirements</li><li>Prepare, organize, and track loan files from application through closing</li><li>Coordinate with underwriters and assist in clearing loan conditions</li><li>Update loan status in internal systems and generate required documentation</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service to clients during the loan process</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a loan processor or in a related financial services role preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
