Cyber Security Engineer
<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and manage security controls across network, endpoint, cloud, and application environments</li><li>Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, including investigation and remediation</li><li>Deploy and manage SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability management tools</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews</li><li>Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) controls</li><li>Support cloud security initiatives (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Perform vulnerability scanning, penetration testing coordination, and remediation tracking</li><li>Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures</li><li>Partner with compliance teams to support audits and regulatory requirements</li><li>Provide security guidance to IT and engineering teams on secure design and best practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience</li><li>3+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or security operations</li><li>Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security</li><li>Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners</li><li>Knowledge of incident response, threat detection, and risk management</li><li>Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)</li><li>Experience with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience with cloud-native security tools (Azure Defender, AWS Security Hub, Prisma, Wiz, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC</li><li>Experience supporting compliance and audits (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, PCI)</li><li>Security certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, GCIH</li></ul><p><br></p>
