<p>We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, supporting key business initiatives within the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will play a vital role in organizing, validating, and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Organize, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and consistency.</li><li>Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, missing data, and duplicate records.</li><li>Standardize data formats and apply business rules to maintain high data integrity.</li><li>Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and transformation tools to analyze complex datasets.</li><li>Manage data imports and exports in bulk, ensuring proper file management and documentation.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining data workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.</li><li>Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline data management processes.</li><li>Gather and incorporate user feedback to enhance analytical tools and data workflows.</li><li>Prepare and deliver data-driven reports and summaries using Excel for organizational review.</li><li>Provide administrative support for projects, including task coordination and maintaining organized documentation libraries.</li></ul>

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including complex formulas, pivot tables, dynamic charts, and data transformation tools.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work with large, structured datasets and combine data from multiple sources.<br>• Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to processes and procedures.<br>• Experience with data analysis and reporting in a business or academic environment.<br>• Familiarity with Salesforce or other database systems is an advantage.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.<br>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
