<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer/Power BI Consultant to help build and modernize reporting, analytics, and business process automation solutions from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders, and turning manual processes into scalable, automated solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will partner closely with Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to develop dashboards, reporting capabilities, workflows, and applications that provide real-time visibility into supplier performance, purchasing metrics, and operational KPIs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with <strong>Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, data integration, APIs, and DAX</strong>, along with the ability to design user-friendly solutions that drive business efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and support enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI.</li><li>Develop and maintain Power Apps applications that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Create automated workflows and process automations using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.</li><li>Build supplier scorecards, procurement dashboards, purchasing analytics, and executive KPI reporting.</li><li>Integrate data from multiple business systems, databases, spreadsheets, forms, and third-party applications.</li><li>Evaluate and implement API integrations between Microsoft Power Platform and external systems.</li><li>Develop data flows, ETL processes, and automated data refresh mechanisms.</li><li>Gather requirements directly from business users and translate operational challenges into technical solutions.</li><li>Create visually compelling dashboards and reports that provide immediate business insights.</li><li>Improve data accessibility and reduce manual reporting efforts across multiple departments.</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting requests from leadership and operational teams.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, in Macon, GA. <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, Dataflows, and API integrations</li><li>Advanced DAX development experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Power Query (M language).</li><li>Experience building dashboards, analytics, and automation solutions from scratch.</li><li>Experience working with relational databases and SQL.</li><li>Understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays, and complex formulas and reporting models</li><li>Experience supporting Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations teams is highly preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience integrating third-party applications through REST APIs.</li><li>Exposure to manufacturing environments.</li><li>Experience connecting Microsoft Forms with Power Platform solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and enterprise reporting architectures.</li><li>Background creating supplier scorecards, procurement reporting, or purchasing analytics.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, in Macon, GA.
